To continuously strengthen work safety management and ensure the smooth achievement of annual production and operation goals, Xingtai Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingtai Steel") has decided to launch the 43rd "100-Day Safe Production Accident-Free" campaign across the entire company starting from September 23, 2025. The campaign aims to further enhance safety awareness among all employees, implement safety responsibilities, and prevent and curb all types of production safety accidents through systematic publicity, inspections, training, and drills.
It is reported that the campaign takes "Implementing the Full-Staff Work Safety Responsibility System, Identifying Risks, Eliminating Hidden Dangers, Curbing Accidents, and Ensuring Safety" as its theme, adhering to the guiding principle of "Safety First, Prevention First". The focus is on the construction of a dual prevention mechanism for risk control and hidden danger management. A leading group has been established for the campaign, with company leader Li Hongchao as the group leader, and the office is located in the Safety Department, responsible for specific organization and coordination.
According to the campaign plan, Xingtai Steel will intensively carry out more than 20 specific tasks within the next 100 days. Key tasks include: completing full-staff publicity and mobilization by the end of September; organizing a company-level emergency rescue drill simulating a gas holder leakage in October, along with strengthening the study and assessment of the full-staff work safety responsibility system; designating November as the "Hazardous Operation Intensified Management Month", which will focus on accident case learning, special training, and stricter assessment of illegal operations; simultaneously conducting company-level risk source re-identification, major hidden danger investigation, professional safety inspections (electrical, hoisting machinery, etc.), and special safety inspections for "Six Winter Prevention Measures". In addition, a series of activities such as accident warning learning, fire safety training and drills, "Three Violations" inspection campaigns, and external construction safety management will be carried out throughout the campaign.
The notice requires all secondary units and departments to attach great importance to the campaign, formulate detailed activity plans in combination with their actual work, and strictly implement all activity requirements. A summary report must be submitted by January 8, 2026, after the campaign concludes. The company will commend outstanding units for their performance in the campaign, and impose strict assessments on units and responsible persons with inadequate organization or those involved in accidents (including near-miss incidents).
Xingtai Steel stated that the continuous launch of the "100-Day Safe Production Accident-Free" campaign is intended to consolidate and improve the company's work safety management level, strengthen employees' safety emergency capabilities, and lay a solid foundation for achieving the company's annual "zero-accident" work safety goal and ensuring the stable and smooth operation of production and business activities.
